Cincinnati Fashion Week Collection: Printing on Cotton Jersey........
Today I've been printing on red and turquoise cotton jersey using a method I developed during fashion school in London. The buffalo print runs throughout my A/W 2010 collection which will be shown at the first-ever Cincinnati Fashion Week!

Supporting Your Friends in the Biz......
I'm so proud of my friend Dana Rochelle- she is an amazing actress and hand model, and her hands are now on Coca Cola billboards everywhere! It's very important to support and encourage other designers and creatives in the fashion and entertainment industries (which are now totally interconnected). I love seeing my friends succeed! Good Karma will go a long way when you are an artist....

Working on Womenswear

I had a great time making a cloak for my college friend Amy, it has really renewed my love of wool and buttonhole-making! It came out beautifully and reminded me of my time in England. Certain touches were very British- the plaid wool fabric, the silhouette, and the gold/black rope I used to make the neck tie. My goal was to make Amy feel like royalty when she wears the cloak.

Check back for updates and pics as I make more outerwear and some fabulous fake-fur pieces!

Busy Bee
Hello kittens,
Sorry I have been away for a while! Finally wrapping up some projects like my friend's custom-ordered cloak, and making new designs for something super-special and international that will be coming soon! As always, looking for new custom projects that make people feel fabulous. I am also beginning a new collection with Native American fabrics that will be trimmed with gorgeous fake furs.....
I will be selling my fun jewelry and pouches and clutch purses this Saturday at the Empty Bottle in Chicago. Come out and support your local designers and artists!
